At TideWe, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Return Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
